Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power points complete including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical, fan regulators, light or power sockets etc and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with using 2x 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated(FRLSH) & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade as per IS 694 for Phase and Neutral, 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated (In Green colour)& unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing concealed PVC conduit any type as per site requirement of suitable size all as specified and directed with and including providing new SS sunken box and Moduler cover plate for fixing of switch socket, fan regulators etc and incl all accessories complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

Note: (for item 01 to 05): Being maintenance work Contractor shall carry out even single point wiring or associated work as per the direction of concerned JE(E/M)/AGE E/M. In case contractor fails to execute the allocated work within 3 days from the date of allocation a recovery at the dauble of quoted rate shall be levied upon contractor and no claim whatsover on this account shall be entertained by the Government.

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated & unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade in and incl PVC casing and caping of suitable size fixed on surface all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and incl all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) with accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling including 6 Sqmm earth wire, FR PVC insulated & unsheathed and connecting to earth dolly including taking down existing wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit casing caping shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Necessary plastering to the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC Casing Caping / PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) with accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling including 4 Sqmm earth wire, FR PVC insulated & unsheathed and connecting to earth dolly including taking down existing wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit casing caping shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Necessary plastering to the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs in respect of main fixture /breakdown for light/fan/bell/light or power socket and LT line etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other type of complaints to connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws , nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixtures to their position as dismantled and respect of item if required to be paid under respective item as required complete all as specified and directed

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs like taking out old unserviceable item and fixing of Switches, sockets, regulators, Ceiling rose, Bell push, lamp holder, laying of wire all any type complete all specified and directed

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs like fixing of LED Batten any size, T-08 Fittings, LED 2X2 Recess mounting lights, PVC Conduit fixing any size etc complete all as specified and directed

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs like fixing of MCBs, Ceiling fans, Wall Fans, Exhaust Fans, and DBs etc complete all as specified and directed

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs No light complaint, loose wire, sparking etc in LT panel at AFS Makrpura and all HT LT fault emergency complaint and any type of complaint regarding electricity complete all as specified and directed

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 27.00 to 31.00:- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of sufficient trained technician (Electrician / helper ) will be provided by the contractor daily for two location ie harni camp and harni airfield Baroda area as directed. During MES mela or any other occason the contractor will require to be arrage additional menpower to rectify the complaint within justified time. b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 27.00 to 31.00:- (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, lubricating oil/grease etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, capacitor, wires etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of BOQ. (d) Complaints pertains to complete replacement of circuit/point wiring shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after receiving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

Load balancing on three phase DBs of buildings including checking of load by using amp meter/tong tester rearranging the connections within the DBs and providing copper lugs with wires tightening of all connection and testing and verify the load current on each phase in persence of JE E/M/ Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed

Checking/testing of Earth resistance value of earthing pits Installed inside harni camp and Makarpura Area as per requirement basis as directed by Engr in Charge or as scheduled and making the damaged earthing serviceable by pouring salted water into earthing or making continuity by GI strips and bringing down the resistance value within specified limits including maintenance of existing earthing by cleaning the earth chamber funnel and cleaning of vagetation surrouding earthing pit up to 2 mtr complete all as specified and directed

Note for item No 33.00 (i) The entire station will be divided into two zones as per earthing location and the contrcator will deploy separate team for each zone to test the resistance value of earthings in each zone to complete the process within one month. The entire process will be repeated after every six months (half yearly) upto completion of the contract. (ii) one earth testing in one season shall be measured as one job. (iii) Digital Earth tester will be arrange by the contractor. (iv) Date of testing and due date of testing is to be written on a register with sign of user rep & Engr-in-Charge and will be submitted to GE. (iv) Testing and correction action is to be done within one month from date of commencement i.e. approx 120 earthings is to be completed within one month. Thereafter on half yearly basis or as directed by Engr-in-charge and same is to be completed within one month. The contractor has to deploy electrician with helper and testing equipment and all the resources to complete the task within one month. (v) If any material required for improvement of resistence value where value is more than their permissible limit will be measured and paid seperately.

S & F of PVC conduit size 25mm Rigid non-metaLlic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction / terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mount tube ends and fixing accessories including chase cutting such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and aking good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leatherite sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish, etc 6 month waranty period shall given by the dealer/contractor after repair, complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- Contractor shall make the suitable arrangement at Darjipura (MES) premises to replacing of accessories, testing upto the satisfactory level in front of concerned E/M in charge without fail.

M&L for changing of fan bearing 6201/6202 of ceiling fan of any capacity any size complete all as specified and directed Note: Replacement of bearing to be carried out at power house at AFS Darjipura only exceptional case where lathe work is required then only fan to be taken at workshop.

M & L for rewinding of Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish, etc 6 month waranty period shall given by the dealer/contractor after repair, complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed
