Sch 'A' Part - XI : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 3 layer 32mm outer dia UPVC pipe as per ASTM P-1785 schedule-80 having thermal stability for hot and cold water fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors all as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY : Supply and fixing TPN distribution board, vertical type, protection class IP-43, double door, 8 way suitable for mounting MCCB as incomer and MCB SP, TP as outgoing with minimum 400 amps rating bus bar concealed in wall all as directed.

Supply & fixing of 35/36 watts LED Security light fitting with pressure die cast IP 65 protection, luminous efficiency of 100 lm/watt, PF > 0.95, CRI > 80, colour temprature 5700 K suitable for primary roads with all connected accessories including bracket made out of GI tubing of 25mm outer dia, 1.2m length, light grade with GI clamps, nuts and bolts etc for fixing of fitting complete all as directed.

Supply and fix and connecting up ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep complete, with cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint and BEE 5 Star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode of size 40 mm bore,medium grade,2.5 meter length, burried directly in ground in bore 350 mm dia verticalIy to a depth not less 3.2 meter below ground level with top edge of the pipe not less than 60 cm below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means with bolts, nuts check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 15 mm dia and connecting up with the DB as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust , salt,Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result ,date all as per plate No.2 of SSR 2010 and as directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fix electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 Litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate NRV and connectng pipepipece etc.

Supply and fixing smart meter single phase two wire energy meter BIS 16444;2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) fittered in new meter panel board /floor panels having current range 10-60 Amps,240 Volt, Accuracy class 1.0, all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : Clearance cyber security to be obtained from user.Provision of the software for smart prepaid meters shall be the same OEM and developed in India only (Third party software is not acceptable), meter working with both prepaid and post paid technology. When data is not working due to any reason (like unpaid sim bill, network issue or any administrative issue) users can recharge the token automatically and manually in the meter keypad end to end solution provided by OEM of meters. Third party/technology partner not allowed in any operations/stage. The system should have all possible payment/recharge modes, be it online and offline mode for officers convenience, system should have 2-3 options for every operation like token recharge in meters by cellular network, Bluetooth, RF,PLC and must manually officers not depend on smartphones for recharge of meters and for watch day to day meters data. User can check his mobile and on meter display like money balance, month wise unit, monthly amount, voltage current, PF, MD etc. The integration of software for servers and vending system shall be the responsibility of OEM. OEM has the option to provide additional server if he desires due to technical requirement without any extra cost to the department. However, no extra charge will be paid for connectivity to the server. OEM will be responsible for connectivity and smooth functioning with MES server without any hindrance. The server shall meet all standards as per international norms and Indian IT Act rules. The server and relevant security certificates shall comply with all International Norms and standards certification. Internet connection provide by the department server CERT certificate for cyber security safety. OEM will be responsible for connectivity and smooth functioning with MES server without any hindrance. Make- secure Model liberty 200, L&T, Scheider, HPL, ABB, Havells or its equivalent as per Annexure. Note:- The configuring of smart meters will be through software and such software will be compatible with all makes of smart meters.

Site Clearance/Development: Material and labour for steel form work and steel props to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertcal or to batter in fair finished complete all as directed. Supply and fix HDPE pipe 75mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/sq.cm wrapped with wire netting at mouth of pipe fxed to walls complete for weep holes all as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick crumple joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler board ISI marked conforming to IS 1838 (Part-I)-1983 (reaffirmed 2010) complete all as directed.

Material and labour for steel form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work, rough finished not exceeding 200mm thick all as directed. (horizontal or sloping). (sewage disposal-30)

Road/Path/Culvert : M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like minimum 2mm thick with thermoplastic road marking paint white including preparation of old surfaces to receive the painting complete all as directed.

S & F Direction CAT's eyes of size 100x90x18mm, two sides acrylic plastic reflector of make conforming to ASTM standards and fixed with epoxy/nail complete all as directed.

Supply and installation of TRAFFIC signs of following made with high density grade tape (Avery or 3M or equivalent brand) pasted on 2mm thick aluminium sheet back frame angle of size 25x25x5mm, fixing angle of size 65x65x5mm (2 Nos) complete all as directed.

External Water Supply : Construction of valve chamber of size 750mm x 750mm x 600mm (inner dimension) all as detailed in drawing AFB/TD/056 Sht 1/2 & 2/2, with 150mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2, brick masonry built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick internal and external plaster in CM 1:4, external plaster to a depth of 150mm below ground level as also the valve chamber floor, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick including flat iron framework of FI 40mm x 6mm and 100mm thick PCC coping of 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate with FI hinge, locking arrangement, handles etc and painting steel surfaces with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete including necessary excavation in any type of strata and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing GI pipes of size up to 50mm for inserting new TEE for taking branch connection including necessary TEE of size upto 80x80x50mm, one number union of 25mm dia ,earth work and jointing material all as directed

External Electric Supply :- Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel, outdoor type, powder coated, weather proof, dust proof, vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet , front & back openable door, angle iron frame and locking arrangement with pad lock including suitable working space in busbar chamber, cable box chamber with alley suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply including aluminium bus raisers with PVC sleeves/tape RYB colours for phase identification , including all bus raiser extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fibre insulation for RYB & neutral to all outgoing cable confirming to IP-54 and fixed on suitable size raised PCC platform in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, raised base with control wiring cable gland brass, copper lugs etc and consists of the following complete all as directed:-

(i) 200A aluminium bus bar TPN system (ii) Incomer: MCCB 100 amps, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 volts, 25 KA breaking capacity - 01 No. (iii) Outgoing: MCCB 63 amps, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 volts, 16 KA breaking capacity - 03 Nos (1 spare). (iv) MCCB 40 Amps, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 16 KA breaking capacity - 2 Nos (1 spare). (v) Indication lamp RYB for phase indication - 1 set of three. Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and galvanised earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe as well as watering by 20 mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC cover (grade M-15) with 8 mm dia steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways hooks, charcoal dust, salt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road cutting including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken stones/boulders, WBM 7.5cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix carpeting 25mm thick using ready mix, rolled & compacted complete as in repair work all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light with locking arrangement with IP 65 protection of size 270mmx225mmx135mm (inside dimention) including 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 01xMCB 10 amps SP, 10 KA and two number of PVC cable entry gland of standard size with suitable GI bracket to fix with pole including taking down existing complete all as directed.
