M & L cleaning of static water tank of 10000 Gallon capacity by draining out/ pumping out water ,cleaning of mud/ silt at bottom of tank and removing the same and depositing at a place to a lead upto 5.00 KM outside MD land and cleanig the tank with fresh water and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl. Item No.1 above but tank of capacity 50000 gallons

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Grouting 25 mm thick under stanchion bases or grillages, etc. including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness (OHT/ UG SUMPS AND INSTALLATION BUILDINGS etc.,) , M&L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces including application of one coat of Notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc., including necessary scafolding as required at site complete all as specified and directed

M&L raking out existing surfce on walls/ flat surface and drilling 10 to 15mm dia holes at 500 c/c upto 75 mm deep on concrete surface and pressure grouting / injecting CEBEX100 (for 1 bag of cement : 225 grams CEBEX 100) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals including sealing the hole with hardner and including necessary scaffolding to required height of the struture/ building as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x22mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F Coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/ cleaning of branches, bushes/plants/ grass obstructing the pipe line/ valve chambers/ sumps/OHTs and path on either sides of water supply installations area including disposal the material up to a distance not execeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding frame truss etc., complete all as directed

M&L for MS steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W gde-e-250 with one coat of Zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS steel work in in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 - O complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'A' complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix 4mm thick galvanised chain link fencing with PVC coating (2.5 mm thick GI wire, 1.5 mm thick PVC coating) , 50x50mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including disposing of debris complete all as directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slabs (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) including all necessary formwork and finishing the exposed concrete surface complete all as specifed and as directed.

Mild steel TMT 5 to 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface for applying two coat of exterior weather coat paint over a coat of primer after finishing the surface with two coats of putty (Birla/JK) to get smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall and ceiling and applying two coat of exterior weather coat paint over a coat of primer after finishing the surface with two coats of putty (Birla/JK) to get smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
