Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris outside the IMA premises and material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surface using Ready mix plaster mixed with WPC all as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) Make:- ACC (Suraksha) Ultratech (Ready plast)/ Birla (Aerocom)/ Unicrete

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) as in half brick wall for supports of wash basin plateform, toilet partion wall etc including demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debris outside the IMA premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repais to Toilet shafts well by taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall or concrete surfaces, built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc upto 15 metres height in narraow space with materials and lobour for rendering 12 mm thick using ready mixed plaster mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement, over water proofing coating of 2K, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing coating of 2K and WPC liquid compound shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of BOQ. 2. Rates are included for arrangement of scafolding, ladders, supports & safety measure items and narrarow space working situations etc upto roof level height of triple storied bldgs. 3. All the debris shall removed out side the IMA premises.

M&L for two coats of cementious resin based 2K water proof coating @ 1.60 kg per Sqm for two coats on brick wall or concrete surfaces including cleaning, washing with clean water, making wet dust free surfaces before applying the water proof coating and sanding with coarse washed dry sand over the wet second coat of 2K, to make the surfaces rough to receive the wall plastering, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- STP, Sika,Pidilite as approved by GE.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course in sub floors below tile etc complete.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick using Ready mix plaster on ceiling or concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on concrete suraces of ceiling and soffits etc removing debris out side of IMA premises complete all as specified and directed. Make:- ACC (Suraksha)/ Ultratech (Ready plast)/ Birla (Aerocom)/ Unicrete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300mm x 6-7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tile grout to match with over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off out side of IMA premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 7mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in same coloured tile grout to match the shade of tiles with and including laying of 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with ready mix plaster, complete including dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off out side the IMA premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs wall tiles 5-6 thick of any size matching with existing tiles surfaces for door or window jambs in patches not exc 1.00 Sqm each patch making good wall, adjacent surfaces of wall, edges, corners etc with ready mixed mortar, tiles jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tile grout including surface finishes to adjecent surfaces matching to existing colour all complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete and removing out side the IMA premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and finishing the concrete even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of existing old cement concrete floors and removing out side the IMA premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc in fair finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal mix) (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Granite stone slab 20mm thick , of any colour (of any type) machine cut (table rubbed & polished), as in WHB platforms, shelves and like, bedded in slope with and including 18mm average thickness of screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off out side the IMA premises complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and repair of floor trap including inspecting leakage, dismantling of existing tiles/concrete, taking out & replacement of any damaged trap, jointing new or existing floor trap with cement joint with pipe and filling PCC 1:2:4 at sides of floor trap, finishing concrete surface or laying tiles in patch work not exc 1 Sqm each matching with existing tiles including new CP grating with or without hole for floor trap etc, all complete to ensure leak proof joint/surface, all as specified and directed. Note :- Damaged floor trap shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment including demolition of sub base concrete of any description form the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces by washing down with water and rubbish off out side the IMA premises premises and treated the sunken portion as per following specifications:- (a) Cleaning and filling crevices, cracks and undulations by applying cement sand mortar mixed with SBR latex polymers of make- Dr fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent of Sika or STP Ltd as per recommendations of manufacturer and then brushing the entire floor and walls of sunken area with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Sqm and laying 30mm average thickness of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over sunken slab portion in required slope and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth using extra cement . (b) Provision and fixing of 50mm dia PVC pipe as spout, projection 150mm beyond outer face of the wall of sunken floor to drain out water. (c) Apply two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating resin base 2K, manufactured by M/S Pidilite industries Ltd, STP Ltd, Sika as approved by GE as per manufacturers recommendations on floor and all around wall surfaces duly sanding with dry coarse clean sand in second wet coat of 2K to make rough surface to receive plastering all as directed. (d) Laying a protective coat of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg cement or as per manufacturers instruction, of approved make on all surfaces of sunken area including vertical wall upto 450mm height, after preparations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating shall be followed as per manufacturers instructions. Note :- PCC sub base for filling under floor over treated sunken floor sufaces upto required level shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Oval shaped cutting into Granite/marble in WHB platform for inserting/ fixing oval type WHB including grinding, rounding edges, polishing for new WHB or refixing the old WHB, in repairs, all as required to complete the job complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Marble work 18-20mm thick of any colour (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished), fixed in cup board shelves inluding set, jointed and pointing in cement mortar 1:4 and matching with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade marble including dismantling of existing stone slabs removing rubbish out side the IMA premises, complete all as specified and directed.
