Providing water proofing treatment of lift, cleaning the surface and making it free from all loose particles and dust. Injection grouting at ½ Mtr C/c, on all joints of wall and base area, by drilling holes and fixing 10 mm Perforated PVC nozzles and injecting INDOSIT EG 2021 cementitious microfine injection grout powder modified with crystalline and hydrophobic admixture, using 140 psi pressure pump. Making inverse coving on all junctions using a joint/ crack filler material. Applying 1st coat using INDOSIT WP 1001 SBR latex polymer modified coating, by mixing 1 part of polymer with 1.5-2 parts of cement, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller. Applying 2nd coat using INDOSIT WP 1003 two component cement modified coating system, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller. Applying 3rd coat using INDOSIT WP 1003 two component cement modified coating system, and applying the mixed slurry with brush / roller are recommended for severely damaged area waterproofing as per HPPWD specifications including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
