Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand):Ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge,in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matchingshade complete.

Painting

White washing with lime to give an even shade:New work (three or more coats)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. ALUMINIUM WORKS

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Signage and Name Board

ACP work

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall withAluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well ascurvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressureequalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to makeit watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium compositepanel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grademineral core sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick).
