Dismantling of doors, windows and clearing away and stocking the materials suitable for reuse as directed by the Engineer incharge of work including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing PCC work and removing them away as directed by the depatment engineer in charges including cost of labour,lead, lift, scaffloding charges etc complete.

Dismantling the existing RCC work and removing them away as directed by the department engineer in charges including cost of labour ,lead, lift, scaffloding charges etc complete.

PCC 1:4:8, using 40mm HBG metal foundation without formwork including cost of cement, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

RCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 mix using 12-20mm HBS metal machine crushed for sun shade 60cm projection 80mm thick at wall end and 50mm thick at free end and loft with formwork including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour, etc, complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix concrete using 12 to 20mm mechine crushed HBS metals for pre cast slab for bubble wall septic tank cover slab including cost of all materials lead lifts labours with form work etc complete

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS / RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Flooring with approved spartex ceramic of non slippery type tiles over cement mortar 1:3,12mm thick including pointing with white cement finishing the joints, flush pointing the surface etc., complete.

Dadooing with glazed tiles of best approved quality of make johnson, neycer etc., over cm 1:3, 10mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

S&F of solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames,15mm MS square tubes for top,lock and bottom rails.The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets.Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.The over all size of styles shallbe 50x30mm.The over all size of top rail,lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75x30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50x45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter including cost of all materials, lead, lifts, labour, etc., complete.

Providing pvc down fall pipe using 110mm dia 4 KSC, PVC pipe and pvc clamp line supreme etc, including fixing PVC washer type door bend & shoe, in correct position and connecting from the roof slab including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete, including cost of PVC accessories and washers.

Providing and fixing sanitary fitting consisting of parryware of oriya patten Indian Water Closet with P/S trap connecting with PVC ventilating shaft and Y bend complete, including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of European Water Closet size 580X420mm white glazed earthen ware of approved make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS - 2556 Part XII [Parryware or Equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the cloast using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying and laying pvc pipe 32 mm outer dia 10kg/ cm2 ISI make including cost of pvc pipe coupling labour for cutting laying fixing tighting etc including earth work excavation and refilling trench etc complete

Supplying and fixing inposition of 32mm dia gate valve of best quality such as leader, zeolite, zenith including cost of all special fixtures lead, lift,etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 15mm dia screw down tap with necessary specials including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour etc.,complete.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC pipe, cowl for ventilating shaft., to a height of 10' length with proper B.W. with C.M.1:5mix plastering 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc. Complete.

Supply,transport and fixing of 1000 litre PVC sintex tank over the roof

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC unsheathed cu multistand cable of 1100 v grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with contineous earthwire connection of 14 swg tc wire for light points

Supplying and fixing of water tight Bulk head fitting with guard of approved make suitable for incondescent lamp with guard and 100/60W bulb.

Colour washing two coats of approved Plastic emulsion over one coat of white cement primer for wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
