Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix (one cement, Four sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V, VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3 M height for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab. Rectangular beams,. Tee Beam (or) L Beams Lintel,.Bed Block, Slabs landing slabs square or round column etc., as detalied below with all cross bracings using M.S.Sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded M.S.Angles of size 25x225x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak or countrey wood joists of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at an intervals of 75 cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard spefication as directed by departamental officers TNDSS NO: 30& 86 Grade Beam

Square Column

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One part of Cement, one and half part of Crushed Sand (M- Sand), three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fabrication and placing in position of TMTsteel roads to required size and length as directed by the departamental officers including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending and tying etc., inclduing cost and conveyance of all materials to side and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS NO: 97 V.VI (S6) VII (S^) VII-3

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 8 3/4"X4 1/4" X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing laying and curing etc complete complying with std specification TNDSS No: 56 & 57

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting Two coats over the new iron work using ready mixed Enamel paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications
