Serial Item No. 15.22 (Contd....) (l) HT/LT spindles shall be made up of brass and fitted properly on their respective terminals. (m) Silica gel with breather shall be placed at the place where moisture ingress can be avoided to maximum and it must be mentioned in the drawing during approval stage. (n) Oil level guage, Temp guage and pressure guage shall be provided where indicated as per approved drawing. NOTE :- (Item No. 13.24 contd..) (a) All the arrangements for loading unloading and placement on platform shall be made by the contractor. (b) The contractor/manufacturer shall furnish original certificate (paid voucher and test certificate) of the CRGO manufacturer. (c) The manufacturer /contractor shall furnish the diameter of LV and HV copper winding and its total resistance. The stray losses shall be specified in percentage terms. (d) The contractor shall get the approval of GE for the make of the transformer they plan to procure. (e) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing design details of the transformer shall be got approved by GE. (f) Transformer shall be dispatch only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer detailed bu Accepting Officer. (g) Testing of transformer at various load factors shall be done at site with the help of OEM technician till achieving satisfactory result at site in front of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) All the HT/LT UG cables shall be properly connected it at their respective terminals without any any contact before testing.

Serial Item No. 15.22 (Contd....) (j) Transformer shall be provided with robust lifting hook so that it can be easily lifted for transportation and shifting. (k) Transformer shall be mounted on channel and wheel with stopper pin so it can be moved easily. (l) Necessary foundation with plinth shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation, quoted rate shall be deemed to be included accordingly.

M&L for pole painting complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (including over the nut bolts, clamp and channels) including preparation of serfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road/ hardstanding of size 30 cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cable protection pipes not more than 80mm bore including making good the road surfaces with necessary returning filling and 15 cm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on top, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for Cable Junction Box of size 130 x 180 x 77 mm, outdoor type, thermal protection, mounted on pole by MS clamp of suitable sizes, with metric knockout for cable entry of size 10 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Time Switch, astronomical type, digital time 24 Hrs, 230 V, single phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure double door outdoor type of thickness 3mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 15.32 & 15.33 : (i) The contractor shall submit the test certificate from manufacturer (ii) The contractor shall submit QAP (Quality assurance programme) within 15 days after placement of order for LT Panel testing at factory. LT Panel shall be dispatch only after inspection at manufacture premises to be done by OEM Auth & MES Auth at manufacture permisses. (iii) The contractor shall furnish origional bill certificate (Purchase voucher and test certificate) of the LT panel manufacturer. (iv) The contractor shall get the approval of GE for make of the LT panel board before placing the order. (v) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing design details of the LT panel shall be get approved from GE. (vi) Connection of LT panel/starters/MCCBs through multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size (irrespective of length) is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

LIFT Annual Maintenance Contract through authorized OEM for one year including minor repair of technical faults and routine preventive maintenance, weekly & monthly compulsory checking and preventive maintenance by suitable technician from manufacturer and repair/replacement of the following:- (a) Repairing service of defective parts (b) Parts repalcement for Motor bearing, solonoid valve, solonoid coil, rubber pad, main rope, speed governor/governor rope, DBR, Limit switches, proximity switch, Junction box, Hydraulic oil, Break liner, counter weight shoe liner, Car door, landing door lock contact, contactors and relays, transformer, hydraulic tubes/pipes and hydraulic fluid etc. (c) Motor winding, replacement of controller PCB, Hall buttons/Indicators, COP button/Indicators, Cabin fan, car door motor. (d) Main switch, ELCB/MCB, earthing, cabin fan and light etc. (Note: AMC shall be carried out after Defect Liability period.)

Supplying, installation of silent Diesel Engine Driven generating set 415 volt, 3 phase 4 wire 0.8 PF,engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for Automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation of capacity 25 KVA Comprising and including of following:- (A) DIESEL ENGINE: Liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation. Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete with following:- (a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchangar with guard. (G) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricatedcope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and power coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, laveling certification etc as laid down in GSR No.371(E) dt 17 May 2002 or latest. (H) MISC: Tool kit operation, maint cat, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturers standard practice. (j) PCC foundation of size 60 cm projection on both sides from the actual size of DG set and height of 1.20 mtr above ground level and 0.75mm below ground shall deemed to be included on the quoted rate. (k) Adequate diesel and load bank for 12 Hrs fall load testing shall be provided by the contractor during testing and commissioning of DG Set.

Supply & stacking of sweet earth (only approved earth) from out side of MD land complete all as directed. (Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment.)

Notes: (a) It shall be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode (b) The meters shall carry 5 year warranty. (c) The OEM shall need to share the Authentication / Encryption keys of the meters along with relevant protocol details with the department. The department shall need complete support of the OEM to be able to integrate the meter with any software of the department choice.

Supply / Planning / Setup/Tuning of RF/ Communication infrastructure including the Network Management and Headend for the project the IP-67 protection Data Concentrator Units (DCU) compatible for remote Automatic Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solution and capable of communicating with the smart energy Meter in the corresponding frequency band and with the data server through GPRS/Ethernet. It shall have internal memory to store data of at least 200 modules. It shall have inbuilt battery back-up. It shall have IP-67 protection. It shall support auto discovery of the meters and self healing mechanism for the breaks in the RF network. It shall have the following minimum features: (1) It shall be able to configure the communication with underlying nodes / meters (2) It shall be able to pull data at conifigurable frequency from the nodes / meters. Supply and Setup of Meter Data Management (MDM) system including supply and configuration of the Web based Software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module The meter data management module shall be deemed for collecting the data from the meter to DCU and server and vice versa, make the data available in bidirectional mode ton the currency recharge, online payment gateway, post paid billing modules, scheduling maintenance, low balance warning, quarter wise KVA allocation/tripping, tariff regulations, software customisations etc all as directed. (ii) Secure Mobile App/PC Based/Swipe Machine/Online Payment Gateway for all users assigned by the BSO/GE. (a) 30 min instantenous data from all the meters for minimum seven parameters- Cumulative Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency. (b) Abstract Download for Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand and tampering features. (iii) Billing Module: The billing module capable to create data sheet for currency recharges, recharge history, maximum demand individually, user complaint registers, cheque/payment reconcillations, fixed charges, energy bill details etc. (iv) Occupation and Vacation Module: Provision to enter admin controls for transfers/vacations. The system shall support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. The system shall support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (v) Customer Module: The system shall include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There shall be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis.

The service provider shall monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution. (xi) Meter Installation Module - The software shall include an app based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings shall be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself. (xii) Activities Communication - The software support communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation, meter change. personal detail change etc. with the user as well as the department on email.

NOTE: Schedule of cedit (Sch 'A' Part- XVI) amount of Rs 1,06,615.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
