PROVISION OF COMPOST PIT ALONG WITH ADJACENT PASSAGE (RAMP) AT PCDA (AF) DEHRADUN

Demolition of cement concrete of any desc and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out any type of soil

Removing excavated soil material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed incl forming embankment incl raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling good quality earth from outside defence land incl forming embankment incl raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface with 08 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) (spread thickness 150mm) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base to road/ interlocking complete all as speciifed and directed.

S&F polythene film 150 micron thick, laid and fixed with nails to subbase completed all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type A-1 1:11/2:3 (20mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding/ pavement and mass concrete incl necessary formwork at sides complete all as specified and directed

M&L for spike rolling to concrete surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joint filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' thickness of concrete slab 125 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured cement concrete chequered tiles polished glossy finish of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforcement cement concrete type M-25 (20 mmgraded agg) as in walls, for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs landings, balconies, canopies deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to edges of rough finished concrete flats, treads, sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal and sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm wide complete

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precaset cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in solid block kerb stone set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg ) as in drains/ sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, railings (incl fixing on RCC retaining walls with fasteners or embedding in ground with PCC) and similar works conforming to Fe290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer to newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
