Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50Mtr. and lift upto 1.5Mtr.

Supply & Stacking good earth at site complete including loading unloading and transportation etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix Providing M-25 grade concrete by using cement as per codal provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.
