Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 58.5 KVA 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel,AMF Panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB -IV+ norms and necessary foundation as per OEM specification. The rate shall be inclusive for provision of weather proof shed for protection the DG set from rain

ENGINE Direct Injection, 3 cylinders, Water cooled, Compression Ignited, Turbo charged, and Charge Air-cooled diesel engine developing 74.1 hp at 1500 rpm & complying with BS5514 / ISO 3046 standards. CONTROL PANEL Control panel is 14 gauge sheet steel fabricated, dust & Vermin proof & will be complete with internal wiring. INTEGRATED DG SET CONTROLLER • Monitoring engine speed, oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power and fuel level, the modules will give comprehensive engine and Alternator protection. • This will be indicated on the largest back-lit LCD icon display in its class via an array of warning, electrical trip and shutdown alarms. • With a number of flexible inputs, outputs and protections, the modules can be easily adapted to suit a wide range of applications including lighting towers with the added option for staged loading outputs. The unique integrated DG set controller incorporates both engine and alternator parameters in one console .This micro-processor based controller provides the most exhaustive display of critical engines and alternator performance parameters with alarm and safety features. Weather proof Shed for protection of DG set from rain (i) S&F of rolled mild steel as in roof trusses, ( framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( Beam, tee,angle,channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces , cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A. = Each job (ii) S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with necessary self tapping/ hook screws as specified = Each job (iii) M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and also applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer = Each job. Notes : (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG set for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour. (ii) Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. (iv) AMF panel and DG set shall be procured from same OEM i.e make of both shall be same. (v) DG set shall be tested by the representative of Accepting Officer before commissioning and cost thereof deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size 95 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional area with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including testing complete note- rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs Make- Havells/FINOLEX/CCI/KEI/POLYCAB

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size 3.5 core ,35 Sqmm cross sectional area with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts / saddle on wall with clamps including testing complete.

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe all as directed.
