Dismantling taking out GI pipe 25mm bore from PCC support/trenches for repair/ replacement/ relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 25 mm bore medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only GI pipe 25mm bore obtained from item No. 1.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI pipe 40mm bore from PCC support/trenches for repair/ replacement/ relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only GI pipe 40mm bore obtained from item No. 4.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI pipe 50mm bore from PCC support/trenches for repair/ replacement/ relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 50 mm bore medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only GI pipe 50mm bore obtained from item No. 7.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for cable/pipe and getting out in hard rock/Road/PCC hard standing and making the disturbed surfaces good same as existing before excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in(soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soil) not exceeding 50M, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed for the bore of GI pipe upto 25mm. Note:- (i)The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (a) Arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (b) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . (c) labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings (ii) CI/DI/MS Pipes and specials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.Items which are not available as supply only are deemed to be included to make the unit completely functional

Supply only Gun metal gate valve of size 50mm dia including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gun metal gate valve of size 40mm dia including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball valve of size 25mm including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing of areas of above pipelines by clearing away all grass, wild vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and tress not exceeding 30cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50M outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of valve chambers smooth as existing and applying three coats white wash and applying synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning debris and vegetation etc per month complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix acryllic LED name board as designed with radium glow lettering along with frame,base and structure support and internally wired for lighting waterproof for fixing at outdoor including plug in the remotereceiver and power adaptor and as per site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The letters/design to be displayed will be approved by engineer in charge and prior approval to be taken.

Supply and fix distribution diagrams of water supply along with frame,base and structure support and as per site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The letters/design to be displayed will be approved by engineer in charge and prior approval to be taken

M&L for dismatling of foundation PCC, taking out from pump house, carrying to dumping yard inside ND (V) and necessary cleaning of work site all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) with 20mm graded agreegate in foundation, filling in and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
