M&L, for removing herbs, grasses, plant roots from surfaces of roads and berms completely spraying a coat of approved branded herbisides chemicl emulsion 100EC@1lit per ten sqm area or as per manufacturer's instructions to stop the further groth of grasses etc including all perventive measure for spraying and removal of debris from side upto a distance of 50metres, where directed.

Surface dressing not exc15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil including levelling and well ramming in road side berms all complete as directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exceeding 400 sqm & depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix Macadam (WMM) , grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical spryer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and consolidating 50mm thick premix dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading -II) using min 4.5% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500-10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, rilled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen VG -10 Grade conforming to IS: 73 at a rate of application of 0.3-0.4 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and consolidating 40mm thick premix dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC-II), using min 5.4% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Bituminous concrete Grading 2 of Table 500-17 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, rilled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK'thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplasstic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table NO.800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc. complete all as per manufacture instructions and all as specified and directed.
