Construction of Internal Roads including RCC Drainage at Rourkela IE, Rourkela

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST as required for the work complete as per direction of the E-I-C.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000mt as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause- 301 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Disposal of excess excavated earth by mechanical means of transport within 5.00Km lead including supplying of hire and running charges of vehicles, labour charges, conveyance, T&P and taxes etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300- 2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Construction of Granular Sub-Base coarse graded grading-VI by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (Table 400-1 & 400-2) & in accordance with physical requirement of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) inclusive costs, contingencies, incidentals, involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
