15mm cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth & finished even & smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : six sand ) as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth & finished even & smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : six sand ) as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering ( two coats ) with oil bound Nerolac or its equivalent washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand & manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matter & also including preparing the surface even & sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paints to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with white enamel paint other than white as per HP.PWD. specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various location though all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.
