To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its/his name should have in the last five years Period i.e., (2020-21 to 2024-25). (Financial Turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial Year in which the tenders are invited.) Mandatory satisfactorily completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work i.e., Shifting and Re-routing of existing HT/LT Transformers, to an extent of not less than 50% of the amount put to tender (i.e., Rs.7.96 Lakhs )

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (AxNx2.5 - B), Where, A: Maximum value of Electrical works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B: Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 04 months
