Repair to Dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement of injector, injector nozzle, dose controller and replacement of overflow pipe, delivery pipe and inlet pipe and testing the same after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of spare parts of dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement FRP preparation tank VST 1005 cap of 170 ltrs dia 650 mm and height 375 mm consisting of water inlet line, outlet with Y strainer, drain, over flow, conical bottom for sludge deposition, Pot hole with cover, level gauge after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge. Aqua fit/ Baxter/ Nadco or equivalent in makes approved by E-in-Cs

Supply and fixing of spare parts of dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement FRP Service tank VST1006 cap of 100 ltrs dia 540 mm and height 575 mm consisting of water inlet line, drain, over flow, inspection pot, level gauge after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make: Aqua fit/ Baxter/ Nadco or equivalent in makes approved by E-in-Cs

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt out Agitatot motor of capacity of 120 watts single phase 220 v AC 50 Hz 6 poles 900 rpm for dozing system. Make: Aqua fit/ Baxter/ Nadco or equivalent in makes approved by E-in-Cs

Taking out and removal of existing material laid in filteration plant in following layers duly cleaning and washing. :-

(a) 1st layer graded gravel of size 60mm to 80mm

(b) 2nd layer graded gravel of size 30mm to 50mm

(c) 3rd layer graded gravel of size 10mm to 20mm

(d) 4th layer graded gravel of size 5mm

(e) 5th layer QUARTZ sand of size 0.8mm to 1.6mm in the filter bed

Repair/ maintenane/ removal of filtration plant of size 12.4x4.36x2.00 Mtr (deep) mud, slit, gavels as mentioned below:-

(a) Removal of raw water, mud, slit and dirt material through pumping set by suitable capacity of motors and bailing out all removable material from filtration bed and removing the same to a distance of 100 mtr from the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Taking out complete solid silt below the stainer pipes of filter bed and removing the same to a distance of 100 mtr from the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Cleaning of filterbed with fresh water and removing same through suction pipe with the help of pump and motors of suitable capacity and wash out same to a distance 100 mtrfrom the filterbed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for laying of gravel and sand in the filter beds under following layers :-

(a) 1st layer graded gravel of size 60mm to 80mm dully washed/ cleaned

(b) 2nd layer graded gravel of size 30mm to 50mm dully washed/ cleaned

(c) 3rd layer graded gravel of size 10mm to 20mm dully washed/ cleaned

(d) 4th layer graded gravel of size 5mm dully washed/ cleaned

(e) 5th layer Water filtration Silica Sand of size 0.8mm to 1.6mm, Item code 129596410, Colour Off white, Packing of 50 Kg bag for Rapid Sand filtration plant of upto 30cm thick.

S&F in repair/replacement of impeller PUC type with gaskit and thrust washer & stage at uses site and complete testing.

Rewinding of motor with super enamel copper wire with existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding copper at user site and complete testing.

S& laying of Submersible cable 10 Sqmm 3 core and connecting with the pumping set motor carefully including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of pump coupler at user site and complete testing.

S&F in replacement of thrust washer at user site and complete testing.

Supply and installated MS column pipes medium 80mm dia with both sides flanged and all accessories ie gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers.

Replacement of CI flange with gaskit 100mm dia with nut, bolts and washer complete.

Repair with opening taking out carefully submersible pump & Motor 5HP, 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in repair/replacement of motor impeller 100mm long bore dia 20mm with gaskit and thrust washer (as per existing size) & stage at uses site and complete testing.

S&F in repair/replacement of pump bearing 6207, 6208 at uses site and complete testing.

S&F in replacement of water sheal for water leakage at user site and complete testing.

S&F in replacement of bush 100mm long and dia 20mm for pump motor at user site and complete testing.

S&F in replacement of motor fan, outer dia 100mm and bore dia 20mm at user site and complete testing.

S&F in Repair/replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 5 HP capacity at user site and complete testing.

Opening, dismantling and taking out of unsv burnt motor of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts, single phase and transporting to motor rewinding shop for rewinding using super enameled varnished winding copper wire of same guage including insulation, fire proof sleeves and ball bearing -02 Nos and reinstallation at same position/location and complete, testing on user site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4.0 sqmm/2-core nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement single phase 220-240V pressure max 1 mpa (10 bar) automatic pump/motor control assembly (motor autocut).
