Complete creation and maintenance of Departmental Plantation of 4000 Nos. of trees

CREATION WORK: (a) Cleaning including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bush wood, weeds and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleaned; (b) Digging and dressing of Pits Size 3 Ft. X 3 Ft. X 3 Ft. Pits must 3 m away (Centre to Centre) © Making of water channel 2 Ft. X 2 Ft. as per requirement. (d) Application of cow dung manure @0.054 cubic meters per pit and dressing of pits with mixture; (e) Filling mixture of earth and manure in the desired proportion in pits, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying manure and mixing included) 0.33 cum per plant; (f) Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc, at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge After plantation, watering around each plant with 25 Liters of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower) on non-raising days. Seedling for plantation shall be provided by Forest Department.

Maintenance Work : Complete maintenance of 4000 Nos. of trees at Maidan Garhi Forest Ridge Land Departmental plantation for the duration of 01 (One) year including watering with Sewage Treated (STP) water (through water tanker), cleaning, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, creation of fencing & fire line as per site requirement, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from whole plantation area of plantation site, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides, anti-termite treatment etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, generator, tools, would be required to be applied/utilized by the contractor for watering the plants with STP water: Other Necessary conditions : Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc, at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. 25 Liters of water per plant per watering (including cost of water tanker and manpower)
