Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry built in CM 1:6 brought up to courses. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra over hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on face from straight edge n.exc 40mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated or semi-corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating in roofing and sheets shall be conforming to IS. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : TATASAKTI or equivalent.

All as per item No. 7 above but except sheets.

M & L for 0.80mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, facia boarding, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed with grade of zinc coating fixed with new J-hooks/L-hooks/cranked hook bolts etc and the sheets shall be conforming to IS. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board(fibre, pulp,insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 6 mm thick ply wood, grade, BWR type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in lining partition , clading etc, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 6 mm thick ply wood, grade, BWR type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling etc, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F for 6mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face and teak face one side and other side plain sheet fixed with nails to timber frame work as in lining partition, clading etc, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of boarding any description , fixed in any position, any thickness with nails including cover fillets. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F for 20 mm thick eaves board of 2nd class soft wood(kail), planed one side with butt joints, fixed with nails, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F for 2nd class softwood (kail) as in weather boarding, clean sawn, plain 20 mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm laps. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel sheeting as in roofing. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for painting to new wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces and finished with synthetic varnish over a coat of finishing coat. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for painting to new wood or wood based surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position as in unframed work. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class softwood as in scantling clean sawn, fixed to timber frame work. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No.21 above but except timber.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces with using integral waterproofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: W P C shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of Sch 'A').

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make :- Pidilite/Sika/Fosroc/STP.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectnagular) 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15 mm thick in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200 x 7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats of frames (without taking off shutters from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F 2nd class soft wood plain,solid straight,chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid,rounded or chamfered,put together with glue pinned at joints, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chmically pressure treated. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve float and handle with and including brackets & PVC bend pipe 90 cm long etc, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: – Commander /Parryware/Cera.

S&F in repairs waste pipe of polyethylene of low or high density, 32 mm dia including taking down old pipe, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm including pillar tap, waste fitting chromium plated brass and rubber plug, porcelain stopper, a pair of CI brackets, waste pipe and pillar tap etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in foundation and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
