Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Moorum/ Red bajri filling as in sub base, pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating forming surfaces in cutting with exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne power roller. Complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for soling 150 mm thick (or sub base) with 63 mm to 90 mm broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as mass concrete in sub base. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PQC controlled (quality) cement concrete of minimum flexural strength of 40 Kg/ per Square centimetre in field at 28 days lower control limit (LCL) in pavement slabs using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays to required gredient and camber including necessary form work and using non-circular synthetic fibre Recrone 3 S (@ 0.25% by weight of cement, using full width fully mechanised paver complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for forming 12 mm thick expansion joint Grade 'A' thickness of slab in 100 mm filled with pre-formed compressible synthetic filler board, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board HD 100 for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 15 mm to 20 mm dia, filled with polysulphate or polyurethane based sealant (minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 20 mm), priming the side and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shall conform to IS-5818 and MAV of + 30% with 10 years warranty.

Material and Labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide for quality concrete slab 100 mm thick, cleaning the complete joint and top primed with primer and filled 10 mm with polyurethane thermo setting type sealant over 10 mm deep polythene back up material and pasting polythene adhesive tape all along on the both edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints Grade 'A' 100 mm thick concrete slab, 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and top 13 mm (minimum above back up rod) filled with polyurethane sealant and priming the sides with two coats of primer, provision of closed cell polyethelene back up rod 8 mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finished to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shall conform to IS-5818 and MAV of + 30% with 10 years warranty.

Scarifying or picking exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolation of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Moorum/ Red bajri filling 75 mm thick in Berms in layers including spread, levelled, rammed including watering, rolled and consolidated to gradient required. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and as directed
