Sch 'A' Part-I Steel/wooden Furniture:- Almirah Large Steel with shelves (FD-1031)

Chair Dining (FD-1105)

Sofa set 5 Seater (FD-1113)

Requirement of 4 ft Iron ladder (Fixing to double bunk including welding & painting) (One stair type frame made upto 25mm dia GI pipe of size 1115mm (H) x 300mm (W) with three steps shall be welded between top and bottom of long rails.)

Repair and replacement of locking device with 3 way of Almirah Large Steel , complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Removing of UNSV old broken glass of Rack Steel Glass and supply and fix of new mirror (Make Modi Guard/ Gobain or equivalent and providing new 5mm thick glass sheet mirror and new PBI sheet 0.63 mm for back side, complete all as specified and shown in drawing

S & F of cushion foam for sofa set size 525 x 525 x 100mm, 32 density (Make- Sleepwell) duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth complete all as directed and specified. Note- Rate of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 180/- per RM.

Removing of old UNSV plywood from Charpoy GI (P) Double Bunk and tightening the frame and make its suitable for fixing plywood top and providing 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked, BWR type fixed with 6mm dia, 65mm long nut and bolts with washers (Total 10 No’s) including drilling 03 No’s holes on each long rail and 02 No’s on short rails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Sch 'A' Part-II Painting work:- Painting of locker bed side steel inside & outside including bottom with synthetic enamel paint (OG/Smoke grey with spray painting) including preparation of surfaces and welding/denting where required, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Painting of screen movable 3 fold inside & outside including bottom with synthetic enamel paint (OG/Smoke grey with spray painting) including preparation of surfaces and welding/denting where required, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Painting of medical revolving stool including bottom with synthetic enamel paint (OG/Smoke grey with spray painting) including preparation of surfaces and welding/denting where required, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Painting of Hospital Semi Fowler Bed with ABS including bottom with synthetic enamel paint (OG/Smoke grey with spray painting) including preparation of surfaces and welding/denting where required, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

Material and labour for polishing of chair dining after cleaning smoothing the old or new surface with sand/emery paper, filling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required applying the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper and polish the chair dining with French polish to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing of Chair Easy after cleaning smoothing the old or new surface with sand/emery paper, filling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required applying the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper and polish the chair dining with French polish to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing of table bed side wdn after cleaning smoothing the old or new surface with sand/emery paper, filling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required applying the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper and polish the table bed side wdn with French polish to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing of table centre after cleaning smoothing the old or new surface with sand/emery paper, filling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required applying the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper and polish the table centre with French polish to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing of table dining 6 person after cleaning smoothing the old or new surface with sand/emery paper, filling the borer holes/cracks with putty wherever required applying the raw siana/burnt siana as per requirement make smooth again by sand/emery paper and polish the table dining 6 person with French polish to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
