Construction of CC Drain

Dismantling of existing structures comprising of Brick masonry in Cement Mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceble material and stacking the serviceble material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per technical specification

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with Hand roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD. with STONE DUST etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding siegniorage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

RCC M20 Nominal mix (Cement fine aggregate coarse aggregate) conrresponding to table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crused hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyane of all materials like cement fine aggregate (sand ) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding seigniorage charges sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but including centering, shuttering

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded including cost of all materials, its all taxes and labour charges for cutting bending and tying grills etc., complete and as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer-in-charge of the work

Supplying & fixing 50.8cm dia C.I. Man hole frame & cover for 914.4 mm dia chamber(Medium weight) as per IS:1726 40 Kgs MAT02200
