Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant IS code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes ………………and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium framed double leaf doors with styles size 45mm x 48mm x 3.2mm, top rails 50mm x 45mm x 2.5mm, lock rails 48 mm x 45mm x 2.5mm, bottom rails 100mm x 45mm x 2.5mm fitted with tapper clips of size 20mm x15mm x1.2mm complete with automatic floor mounted door closure, butterfly type handles, special cylindrical lock, concealed type aluminium tower bolt,neoprene dryset rubber gusket, door felt gusket, etc.complete as directed by the Department at all levels.

Providing polished ceramic wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Cement plastering to be measured and paid separately). (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). (Walls means both interior and exterior walls). (a) Normal range (Somany/Orient/Nitco/Asian make) (ii) Sizes 200 mm x 300mm and above

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Block board, Decorative type face panel & block board core 30mm thick

Supplying fitting,fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) M/F suspended. Ceiling which included G.I perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling,screw fixed to brick wwall/partition with thehelp of nylon sleeves and screw,at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I intermediate channels of size 45mm(0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each)from the soffit at 1220mm C/C with ceilling angle of widh 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G>I cleat and steel expansion fasteners.....................................................................fnally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound,joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed.(for light fittings ,providing opening for doors,windows ,ventilators etc,cut out made with frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid separately where necessary). (ii)12.5mm thick

Supplying with fitting & fixing T-5 luminaries complete with all accessories such as ballast, starter, lamp etc directly on wall/ceilling including connection cable as directed by the Deptt. with 1.5 sqm. PVC insulated S.C. copper conductor as required as directed by the Deptt.
