Clearing & cleaning terrace & sunshades (approx.260.0 sqm) including removing vegetation,debris,Prefab shelter panels & disposal of theUnserviceable materials as directed by the engineer in charge.

Cutting the branches of trees lean over the building carefully & stacking the useful materials as directed by the engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing CPVC ball valve of approved quality.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank(sump) (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning Aluminium windows including oiling/greesing to hinges for smooth operation.

Renewing glass panes

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) with EPDM/rubber gasket.

15 mm cement plaster on terrace/walls finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour.

15 mm nominal bore, 122 mm long. Weighing not less than 99 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour.

15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms.

Repairs to rolling shutter of E/A room including dismantling & refixing in position after necessary repairs to bearings ,spring etc.. Complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (two or more coats) .

Pressure cleaning of compound wall /external walls with water including necessary repairs for painting etc.. Complete.
