Supply, laying, testing & commissioing of 10 Sqmm 4 core size, XLPE, insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 Part I marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system,laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe including jointing & testing and taking down old unserviceable existing defective LT Cable, after disconnecting this line complete all as specified and directed [Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.]

All as per Ser No 1.01 above but size 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 1.01 above but size 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser No 1.01 above but size 70 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of existing serviceable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of 10 Sqmm 2 core to 95 Sqm 4 Core, including taking out old serviceable LT cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable jointing kits shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover, Sand and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.]

All as per srl item 1.07 here in above but of size 150 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning/ Sand covering using river sand of clean, dirtless, dry for underground cable protection complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness which comes out 18 cm against 23 cm will be measured.]

S&L common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI Pipe, light grade 80 mm dia with necessary accessories/ fittings bracing with pole/wall by FI clamps made with 32x6mm for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah and complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1.14 above but of size 50 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1.14 above but of size 40 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground elect power cables of any length and any type of 1100 Volts grade LT cable and pin point the fault and testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at fault to check healthiness of cable before and after fixing the joint including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Cable joints and cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.]

Supply, fixing and testing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade 16- 35 Sqmm x 3.5 core/4 core complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

All as per ser item No 1.19 above but of size 50-70 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

All as per ser item No 1.19 above but of size 95-120 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

All as per ser item No 1.19 above but of size 150-185 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

S&F Aluminium terminal (lugs) suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade 16- 35 Sqmm x 3.5 core/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1.23 above but of size 50-70 Sqmm x 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair & maintenance of LT Panel board in door/outdoor type comprising of MCCBs as incoming and outgoing with digital mettering and control wiring by disconnecting all incoming and out going connection, opening of LT cable incl reconnect the cable by excavating the loop and making connection tight by replacing the suitable size of heavy duty lugs with new nut bolts and washers and gland complete. Cleaning of all compartment from in side and out side including using anti rust spray and checking and repair of all controls, switches, meters. etc (if found diffective) and painting complete panel board with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide paint, after necessary scrapping and denting complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 1.27 Contd.... Refixing of panel board upon new angle iron stand fixed at 75 cm from the ground level made out of angle size 50 X 50 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 B2 type complete all as specified and directed. [Note: 1. The MCCBs, MCBs. gland, Voltmeter, amp meter will be measured and paid saperately in respective Sch A item. 2. The charges for 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame & Plain Cement Concrete work is deemed to be included in above quoted rates.]

S&F in replacement of Digital Amp Meter 0-400 Amp with CT of same rating 4 digit, 3 phase, LED series, accuracy class I, 50 Hz, 4W including making electric connection by suitable size of multistranded copper conductor with thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia, 200mm long bolt with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed on front side door of LT panel board and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repairing/replacing the broken hinges of LT panel shutters with stainless steel hinges of 200mm long by welding/bracing with nut bolts of existing LT panels shutters of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L scraping the rusted surface of LT panel/feeder pillar any descreption/size and applying the primer coat of red oxide and painting on surface of LT Panels/feeder pillars 2 coats of super enamal paintf flint grey/sky blue/existing colour with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Staging and spreading the graded coarse aggregate around the Two Pole/Four pole structure of two layer of size 20 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of earthing with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, 1:3:6 PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing). [Note: Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing.Payment for earthing shall be admissible after satisfactory test result.]

M&L in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground depth not less than 60 cm in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all existing incoming/outgoing power cable from LT panel and shifting LT panel from existing place to another place and reconnecting all power cable with panel and charge again same, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : PCC work included in quoted rate.]

Dismantling and disconnecting all power cables & old bend swaged pole of size 8.5/9 Mtr from site and setting aside for reuse within 50 mtrs including earth excavation till bottom of the pole and PCC demolition etc. & refixing of the pole dismantled at specified location including Plain Cement Concrete work, removal and returing filling of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.
