Electrical repair works at Vighbal-I, II, Achabal-I at MISD Sopore.

Amount

a. Charges on account of P/F of 11kVA (3 No.) pin insulators to the HT pole of Vighbal-I replacing the damaged/leaked insulators by means of engaging skilled labour, tools and tackles. The HT clearance from the concerned electrical department shall be the responsibility b. Charges on account of P/F of 2 No. 8ft long channels to the substation to accommodate the 11 kVA Dropout fuse set at Vighbal-I fabricated out of ISMC 100 by means of cutting and clamping of desired size, nuts and bolts. The job includes replacement of old damaged ISMC 75 channels from the H frame of substation which shall be used in the Station for other loading/unloading purposes. c. Charges on account of replacement of worn out bus bar by means of p/f and testing of 400A TPN offload change over housed in metallic powdered coated enclosure at rated voltage of 415 V. Make: Havells/standard or equivalent.

a. Charges on account of fabrication providing and fitting of LT Crosses with braces fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 angle iron by means of cutting and welding at Vighbal-II. The crosses shall be fitted at identified spot and shall be P/F with LT pin insulators (4 No.) on the horizontal angle member fitted on crosses. The total length of given angle section is 8m approximately. The job shall include p/f of 15m 19/0.064 copper conductor with copper thimbling of specific size from LT cross to inside pump house. b. Charges on account of P/F of 30 watt LED flood 2 No. lights outside the pump house at Vighbal-II LIS with necessary wiring and MCB of 6A rating each on two sides. Make:- Havells/Panasonic or Like that.

a. Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of LT Crosses with braces fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 angle iron by means of cutting and welding at Achabal-I. The crosses shall be fitted at identified spot and shall be P/F with LT pin insulators (4 No.) on the horizontal angle member fitted on crosses. The total length of given angle section is 8m approximately. The job shall include p/f of 15m 19/0.064 copper conductor with copper thimbling of specific size from LT cross to inside pump house. b. Charges on account of replacement of 12mm worn out 2 No. LT GM bush rods, 01 No. HT GM Bush rod by new one with bushes and cups to the 100 kVA HT/LT distribution transformer of Achabal-I LIS by opening the top of the transformer and then closing the lid after replacing the LT/HT bush rods. The job includes topping of T.oil 25Litre to the transformer. The job is to be carried out at site, taking care of men and machinery. All tools and tackles are to be arranged by the firm. The job also includes lifting of core and draining of all T.oil and hen welding of a MS Cabinet of Transformer at leaked spot by means of superior quality electrodes and then re-filling of T.oil in the tank and dropping of core in the tank and refitting of top after making connections at site and testing on full load. All tools and tackles including gas cutting tool, gen set etc shall be arranged by the firm.
