Supply and fixing of cupboard shutter using teakwood scantling of size 50mm x 50mm teakwood as outer frame and 50mm X 30 mm of size teakwood for shutter frames , 8mm thick Bison Lam as panel to each shutter consist of 2 Nos 75mm long tower bolt – 2 nos 75 mm big handle the and other shutter will have 1 no of cupboard lack , 1 No of 75 mm long handle and 75mm10mmX1mm thick SS hinges- 2 Nos for each shutter. The above frame will be fixed to the wall with screws, the rate inclusive of screws, handle, etc., complete at site of work.

Supply and fixing of magnetic catchers

Supply and fixingof 1.5 to 2mm thickness PVC sheet for toilet doors including screws, Nails and etc., complete as directed during execution.

Painting two (2) coats for new internal walls, with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / liter of approved brand and shade over a priming coat with Ready mixed cement primer for interior grade -I (Water thinnable) total three (3) coats, after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.
