Taking down wooden frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

S & F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd Class soft wood plain, framed, panelled shutter (any number of panel) , with panel of timber flat on both side (Feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneeres fitted with chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class softwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge,etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing gauge sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) for door shutter supplying and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of window/ventilator shutter etc are provide with style and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); fitted to chowkat,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket.1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. Area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00sqm each. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube , supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and making good and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made solid single extruded panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gape inside for top rail and bottom rail: panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed PVC the style & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gather with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frame with two/ three track for sliding doors, windows, ventilators, modular kitchen cupboards, wardrobes with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. Powder Coating to anodised aluminum frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
