Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size. Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades,, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing cupboard build-in overall size 1.70x2.50x0.58m deep or part thereof with partitions & shelves as per drawings. & design made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved quality on all sides partitions, shelves & shutters. The back will be covered with 8 mm thick MDF board of approved quality. The two sides & rear sides of the cabinet base shall be covered with UPVC sheet of 3mm thickness to protect the ingress of moisture with necessary fixing arrangements.The edges of the shutters of the cup board and all other exposed edges of the board shall be covered with epoxy paint/matching shade lamination 0.8 mm thick. Each shutter shall be fixed with spring hinges, 100 mm SS handles. The cupboard shall be fixed with Nickel plated powder coated 20mm M.S. curtain rod with Nickel plated brackets. MDF board shall be of approved manufacturerm, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587, Exterior grade with choice lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side. The Cupboard shall be fixed with LED mirror of size 0.50 x 1.40m. The front overall area of the cupboard shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing in wall lining flat pressed three layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination , IS : 14587 exterior grade marked, including priming coat on unexposed arrangement and screws etc. complete : 12 mm thick.
