Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6 sand: 12graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement :4sand: 8graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in (a) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all leads and lifts

(b) walls any thickness, attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto all floor level in all leads and lifts .

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1cement : 6 sand).

Boulder fillling under floor complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundatioin and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement :4 sand) complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-(a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto any thickness.

(c) Beams cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beam, bream haunching, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. in depth.

(e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-(a) RCC column beams girders etc.

(b)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought , framed and fixed in position in all leads and lifts. 1st class deodar wood.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in CC block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size as directed in all leads and lifts and to the entire stisfaction of the Engineer -in -Charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement :6sand) in all leads and lilfts.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) Raised and cut in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glased shutters for doors, windows and clerestory window including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in all leads and lifts..40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws (Plain grill).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts. (a) 40mm thick

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one coat) on of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of grease dust, loose, pices of sealed including preparing the surface even and sane papered smooth and one subsequent coat in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement point of approved brand and manufactured and ofrequired shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coat) to give an even shade after thorougly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease , dirt and other foreign matters, sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat on new wood preservative on new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knoting in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screw etc. complete in all leads and lifts.250x16mm

Providing and fixing anodized MS tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts.I) 250x10mm

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick unconsolidated bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 3.15mm thick MS sheet man hole cover fixed with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame 500x500mm with welding including hold fast 25x6mm 150mm long, handles 150mm long 8mm dia bar and locking arrangement complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing cast iron spun spigot and socket soil ventilating pipe lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately 100mm dia in all leads and lifts.

Fixing GI pipe light grade for inlet, scour and over flow pipe of following dia in all leads and lifts. i) 65mm dia

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice valve Class-PN-1 IS: 780-1984 of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar /Fources/ Gled/Pelilcan/Kartar/Bir make of following dias for the pipe line capable to withstanding normal seat pressure including cutting, welding,providing and fixing rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS 2712-1979 and providing and fixing MS flange as per Table-5 with required number of nuts and bolts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) 65mm dia

Providing and fixing 1.80 meter high fencing with 2.50 mtrs. angle iron posts 40x40x4mm , 2.50 meters center to center with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 kg/per 100 meter (minimum) strained and fixed to posts . Cost of post and struts to be measured and paid for separately complete in all respect in all and leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for light point/ Fan point/ exhaust point/ Call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated head resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core(flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit and earthing the light point with 1.5sq.mm. HRFRL/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required Group C

Wiring for circuit sub main with 2x1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant(HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conoductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No. 1.5 Sq.mm, HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.

Wiring for power plug with 2x4sq.mm PVC insulated 9head resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 to 4 Sq.mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.

Wiring for sub main wiring with 2x6sqmm of PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required.

S/F plain pendant with 16/0.20mm twin twisted flexible PVC in swaled cotton braided copper cable and backlite pendand holder including connection etc. as required.

S/F metal box of 180 mm x 100mm x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheat cover in the front including P/F 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps tumbler P/T switch connections painting etc. as required (for light plugs).

Providing and fixing of following size PVC casing and capping on surface as required (i) 38mmmx19mm

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan and regulator including wiring the down rod of standard length (upto 30cm) with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as required ceiling fan 1200mm sweep (Cat A)

Supplying and fixing of following way single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board 240 Volts on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper busher neutral link earth bar din bar detachable gland plate interconnection including painting earthing etc. as required busbar.(I) 8 way

Supplying and fixing of bulk head fitting of all sizes and shapes, containing one No. thread type CFL lamp holder(s) complee with all accessories but excluding CFL lamp including making connections, testing etc. as required Bulk head fitting CFL type( category-A).

S/F 40 Amp rating double pole ( single phase and neutral) 240 Volts (RCCB) having a sensivity current upto 300 milliampers in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 6 Amps. To 32 Amps. Rating 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, C curves, miniature circuit beaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required Single pole Cat. A

S/F 40 Amp rating double pole 240 Volts. Insulator in the existing MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning etc.

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of pre wired flourecent tube fitting complete with ballast, starter and capacitors but excluding florescent tube rod, suitale to operate on 230 volts, single phase AC supply directly on surface with copper wiring as required 1x40 watt category "B".
