Total diluted concentration will be 20 liters inclusive of

1 liter chemical emulsion application in drilled holes

and 0.75 / Litre chemical per one Sqmt two coat on

wood surface not protected by paint or varnish.

Applying general insecticide pest control

treatment to floors, cupboards etc including

labour materials etc. complete. Using

Imidacloprid 30.5 SCas Per IS 6313 part -II(

3 (0.075% concentration by mass) is 1.00 46.95 SQM

recommended 10.5ml chemical diluted with

liters of water application 0.5 litre chemical

/Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S.

Carrying out wall treatment for termite control

including spraying with chemical solution in oil base

including labour and material Using Chlorpyriphos

ECAs per IS 6313 part - II (1% concentration by mass)

is recommended i.e one litre chemical emulsion

4 diluted with 19 liter oil base. Total solution 1.00 28.54 SQM

will be 20 liters inclusive of one liter chemical

emulsion application at the rate of 7.5 litre chemical /

Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S.

Anti-Termite System:Providing and laying of

permanent piping technology anti-termite treatment

before flooring work by installing LLDP (Low linear

density polyethylene) tube of 8 mm O.D. & 6.4 mm

1.D. with inbuilt pressure compensation chip every

cm interval in the tube, having working pressure of

Kg/cm2 and release rate of 1.9 Itr/hour fixed by P-clips

and nails. The LLDP pipe shall be installed at the

entire periphery of the building and at internal network

of building at a depth of 20 to 200 mm under floor at

every 2 to 3 mtr. c/c distance (adjusted as per building

layout ) & Ends of loop pass through a PVC elbow of

minimum 32 mm ID at junction box of wall and floor

level, entering into a steel reinforced grooved flexible

5 pipe of minimum 22 mm ID leading into junction box 1.00 63.63 SQM

and the loops shall terminate in junction boxes & test

every junction during injecting chemicals for termite

control treatment. The anti termite chemical

Imidacloprid 30.5% SC mix as per IS-6313 (part III)

shall be injected by the pressure pump diluted with

water @ 10.5 ml/5 ltr of water at the rate of

Kg/sq.cm @ 5 Ltr/SMT. The contractor shall submit

approved line plan for piping system and junction

boxes dully approved by Engineer-in- Charge with

bond of 5 year warranty.(II)Anti Termite chemical

injected area (Chemical injecting incl. labour cost)

N.B.:- For any use of electrical machinery/tools during above works at any site by the contractor/

worker thye must obtain the N.O.C. from the Engineer- In -Charge, prior electrical conenction for

such work & arrangement for necessary extension of point and making good after completion of job

and also arrangement by contractor for electric power generator in case of non avaibility of electric

supply and fuel of one's own etc.complete as per site conditions.

1. The contractor shall have to give 5 years guarantee for the work on Rs.300/- stamp
