Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl coping etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of Porbandar stone masonry well bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of Porbandar stone masonry well bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete to be laid in required slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base and mass concrete to be laid in required slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismic and other similar band, copings, bed plates, and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes 600mm, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete pipes 600mm, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of bituminous/RCC road and sub-base WBM (any thickness) for laying of RCC drain etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete cover slab over drains, manholes, similar structures etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L CRS reinforcement bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securig with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F Framed work as in gratings of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick and watered and rolled/rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles fixed with grey cement & pigment of size 25cm X 25cm X 20-22mm thick set jointed with screed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for even spreading of 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever reqd complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over priming paints plaster coat to newly concrete surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Designed parking tiles (of approved shade and design) 8 to10mm thick of superior quality, square / rectangular size 300x300mm joint free, as in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with non bituminous filler and sealed with PU sealant compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material incl spalls of plaster out of MoD land to a distance exc.1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed as in concrete/stone etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
