S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Erection Fixing only Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality mild steel plate plain or chequered,5 mm thick or over in thickness complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive floor finishes including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cementto match coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces, set and joiunted in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised GI snap grid (Size of grid 605mm x 605mm ) frame work for false ceiling including GI wire 4mm thick as a suspender for GI snap grid framing including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board decorative type( e-board) fixed in aluminium snap grid frame work with screws including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through new non metalic rigid PVC casing capping on wall alongwith accessories fixed on walls/floors/ceiling with one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of PVC insulated cable 4 sqmm + one run 4 sqmm of earth wire and one run of conduit including accessories shall be measured as one length.

S&F MCB distribution board made of CRCA sheet, powder coated paint comforming of IS 13032, double door fixed in switch boards/wall at various places of capacity 240volt 8 way MCB DB, SPN with 200 Amp rated bus bar shall conform to IP 38 protection incluidng taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB of rating 240 Volts,SPN 40 Amps including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB of Single pole of rating 6 to 32 Amps including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Including nacessary excavation and clamp on wall with proper screw complete

Excavating post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface
