S&F Prelaminated particle board, 18/19 mm thick exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations , fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall/ceilings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plywood grade BWP type BB 6mm thick 5 ply fixed with nails to timber frame work in wall/ceilings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F veneered decorative plywood grade 1 with decorative face veneers on one faces, 6mm thick 5 ply fixed with nails to timber frame work in ceiling/walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling under 40 Sqcm on flats, rails, posts, rafter, purlins etc.in unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floors or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for preparation of old painted wood/ wood based surface of any description over 10 cm width or grith one coat of synthetic enamel paint in wall on incl prepartion of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Dismantling of water tank RCC/HDPE/Ferrocrete and removing it to store of size exceeding 500 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S & F rotational moulded polythene, triple layers, water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity, closed top, cylindrical, hoisted and fixed in position including minor repairing & 20 mm float ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

S & F Towel rail 450 mm long of PTMT fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden/ plastic cleats (minimum weight 170 Gms) complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for excavation over areas in hard / dense soil ,not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for excavation over areas in hard / dense soil , exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00 m deep and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with hard dense soil complete all specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for beams , cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 span etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in strirrups, spaces and binder and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors , window cills , concrete railling, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs RCC/PCC bands floors roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls , horizontal or slooping and similar work exc 10 cm and not exc 20 cm wide surface finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block ( Type C-1 1:3:6 , 20 mm graded agg) masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces in cm (1:4) rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L 50 mm thick Cement concrete work as in plinth protection type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregates) with finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime motar.

S&F for rolled mild steel framed work such as in door frame, door shuters / gate of angel, flat Iron, plates or other section incl preparation for fixing of steel sheeting or other convering doors to be prepared for hanging including hinges, hold fast , handles , locking arrangement and all necessary required fittings of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality - B) etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 40 mm thick solid PVC sandwich panel with 2 mm plain PVC sheet on both sides suitably fixed in MS angle frame work etc complete all as speciefied and directed. Note: (MS angle frame work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Taking down carefully old point wiring (Light / Fan/ Socket/ Bell Point ) with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, holders, regulators, bell, switch and socket from existing concealed conduits and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete to match with the existing surface/finishes all as specified.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (Nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable un-sheathed in & including PVC casing caping with fittings/accessories and PVC insulated, FRLS, 1100 volt grade un sheathed copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm size cable earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of Hylam/Mica make as top cover complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) One light point/fan point/buzzer point Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board complete

(c) One socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switch complete

All as per item No 43 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth on independent board all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing socket outlet 2 in 1, three pin 5 Amp and 6 pin 15 Amp flush type (multi purpose) ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing ceiling rose three terminal pvc/polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing lamp holder ,PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting (angle /plain) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement LED light fitting 1x9 watt 220 volt AC bulk head luminaires with driver ,holder including LED tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from celling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED SPOT light fitting 1x15 watt 220 volt AC decorative With beam angle of 36 degree and tilt vertical angle of 30 degree with driver ,holder including LED tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from celling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Surface full light luminarie with glare free uniform illumination of 600MMX 600MM ,36 Watt.220 volt AC ressesed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glay free light with driver,holder and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling complete including necessary alteration work in false ceiling to cover the blank space in false ceiling all as complete connection all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of LED light fitting 1x22 watt 220 volt AC decorative box type with driver,holder including LED tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceilling rose complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement pressed sheet metal enclosure (MCB DB), single phase and neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type, 240 volts complete for 8 way complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board on walls/roof (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling reose, pendents, regulator sockets .ceiling light fittings.tube light fittings for reuse at site etc, and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor complet all as specified and directed. (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Supply and fix in replacement 70 watt energy saving flood light with die cast aluminium IP 65 suitable for highlighting and genral purpose lghting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB 6 to 40 Amp SPN 240 volt AC supply rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 11,522.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
