Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 4 m height Ornamental Cast Iron Single Post top type pole made of pressure die cast housing of IP-65 Fully weather proof, finish with antique colour in casted portion, single piece of lower length, bottom dia and sections of pole and fitting as per drawing attached. The decorative fitting should with minimum 4000 lumen and efficacy not less than 100 lumen / watt, highly efficacy electronic external driver, high voltage protection, power LED white / Warm white mounted on MCPCB with better heat dissipation arrangement. Including suitable size copper flexible wire for supply of fitting, duly wired up to connector complete etc as reqd. The bottom column should have an integral inbuilt looping box with cover of the same with a suitable capacity SP 'C' Series MCB. The pole shall be installed on foundation including supply and fixing of anchor plate, foundation bolts, making foundation, excavation of earth, cutting, bending, placing DWC Pipe and refilling & removing of waste malba debris from site and transport to MCD dumping yard etc as required.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing of wiremesh protection frame work fabricating with 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick M.S. angle iron & T iron of 40 x 40 x 6mm thick i/c providing & fixing wiremesh of section 75mm x 25mm of 8 SWG shall have the legs of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm of length 15cm and is to be grouted in cement concrete (1:2:4) foundation. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.(a) 25 mm

Supplying and laying of following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade complete as required. (a) 4 x 16 sq.mm in pipe

(b) 3 x 4 sq.mm in pipe

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
