Dismantling steel poles/struts, of any type, size and length complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable GI wire of any type from HT/LT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Demolition of concrete and excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under resepctive items of BOQ.

Dismantling gang operated Air break switch vertical/horizontal mounted triple pole mechanically operated complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulator any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable mild steel channel cross arm, clamp, and all accessoties complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any type from HT/LT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of pain cement concrete as in coping/foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing bituminous road /cement concrete road/ concrete hard standing n. exc. 0.50meter wide and n. exc. 0.90 meter in depth for laying GI pipe 80mm dia with and including ruturning, filling in after laying of pipe and making good distrubed road top surface with existing specification complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Before using Hand drilling/ breaker machine, diamond cutter shall be used for executing this work.

Cutting/trimming off the tree branches n. exc 30cm girth protruding/touching both sides of the conductor 3meter away on both sides of the over head condector lines/street light span clearing all unserviceable material complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning ground around four pole structure upto 1.50meter distance from four pole structure, clearing all unserviceable material and maintenance of GOD/Jumpher etc with jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning ground around two pole structure upto 1.50meter distance from two pole structure, clearing all unserviceable material and maintenance of GOD/Jumpher etc with jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable HT under ground cable of size of 95 to 300 sqmm, 3 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable including removing of cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Unserviceable cable retrieved from taking down will become contractor's property and recovery shall be made under schedule of credit

Supply and spread granite trap or basalt course aggregate of size 50mm to 20 mm grade for the out door substation complete all as specified and as directed.

Exacavation in trenches n. exc. 1.50meter in width and n. exc. 1.50meter in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation shall be carried out only by manually.

All as per Sl item No. 1.15 above but depth exceeding 1.50meter but n. exc. 3.0meter complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation shall be carried out only by manually.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 meters and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50meter from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labor for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying cable cover obtained from taking down in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning HT cable in trenches/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured HT 11000 volt grade earthed with aluminium conductors of size 95 sqmm, 3 core earthed complete all as specified and directed. Restringing of ACSR conductor/earth wire of any type in HT/LT overhead lines and to proper upkeep of and maintaining safe distance between conductors/spans complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate, erect and fix in position mild steel structural steel work as in cross arms with and including preparing surfaces and applying two coats of synthetci enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Scrapping out faded/rusted old paint from poles using wire brush,emery paper,and preparing surface for painting, applying one coat of aluminium paint on poles including, cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing existing pole number with black paint over a yellow base after painting for HT poles 11meter long complete all as specified and as directed.

Scrapping out faded/rusted old paint from the four HT pole structure using wire brush, emery paper and preparing surfaces and applying one coat of aluminium paint on poles including cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing existing poles number with black paint over a yellow base after painting complete all as specified and as directed.
