Up-gradation of Central Heating Systtem of CHC Drass by way of Design, Supply Installation, testing and Commissioning of all necessary and integral component / equipments (or deemed necessary) as described here after. The scope of work includes the supply of DSITC of HWGs, Hiwall unit, radiator panels, Circulation pumps/ pipes, insulations, specialized valves, including construction of cement concrete foundation blocks of all equipments to provide fully automatic system capable of producing and maintaining high precision indoor conditions inside the hospital building Taking into account of duration factors for atmospheric condition of Karigl @Alt: 2676m

Hot Water Generator HSD Fired, Horizontal Fire Tube , Hot Water Generator fitted with combustion equipments, all boiler mountings- control panel, control valves, accessories including primary circulation pumps of suitable capacity, including chimney of required dia, externally mounted at 8mtr above ground level. or as recommended by OEM. Mixing Tank Hot water mixing tank made of 6/8 MM M.S. Plate with dished ends, manhole. Suitable to withstand 6kg/cm2 operating pressure as per IOC specifications, dully covered and necessary connections covered insulated with 25mm thick nitrile foam with 26 Gauge aluminium cladding and complete with structural support to raise the tank at least 300 mm above finish FL.

MS ERW pipe (resin bonded fiber glass insulation) MS C-class pipe as per IS-1239 & IS 3589 pipe of following nominal size with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting (but excluding valves, stationers, gauges etc). duly insulated with 80kg/cum design resin bonded fibre glass or 144 kg/cum mineral wool (non combustible) pipe section insulation covered with alyer of 120gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapor barrier) and finally applying 0.63 aluminum sheet cladding complete with type3, grade 1 roofing feltstrip at joints and repair to the damage to building etc as per specifications as required. Electrical Control Panel & electrical Cabling Main Control Panel (2 Nos.) having separate cubicals for each equipment viz. isolation for Hot Water Generator 3 No's , DOL Starter for Hot Water Circulation Pumps 2No's , Soft Water Pumps 2 No's (1 hp each), DOL starter Softener pump 1 No and for HSD Transfer Pump 2 No's, and On-Load Change Over Switch, MCCB The control panel shall be provided with the copper bus bars dully insulated of required ratings and 3 in 1 digital Voltmeter / Ammeter / Frequency meter, indicators etc. including multi-core armored copper conductor cables of required current rating from main panel board to various equipments to be laid over cable trays with appropriate clamps and fixing arrangements as per site conditions. The current rating/sizes of electrical components of panel shall be in accordance with respective electrical loads of boilers/pumps etc.

Earthing Earthing Pit Earthing for various equipments inside boiler house using copper plate electrode of size 500 x 500x 3 mm placed in 1000 x 1000x 1800 mm pit filled with charcoal & salt by copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm alongwith perforated G.I pipe. Earthing Strip Copper strip of size 15x3 mm from earthing electrode to the Electric Panel, Stabilizer, boiler and pumps using proper fasteners concealed under floor.

Coolant Providing and filling of Nontoxic antifreeze Coolant IOCL Servo Kool Plus

Provision for the systematic dismantling of current equipment, including boilers, pumps, tanks, panels, radiators, FCUs, circulation pipes, etc., and ensuring their transportation upto Divisional Store at Kargil and secure storage in accordance with guidance from the site engineer including make good of all damages to existing structures.

P/Fitting of High wall mounted Split Air Conditioner Unit (Hot & Cold) alongwith its allied accessories and mountings /wirings/control switches, voltage stabilizer of required capcity complete in all respect. The units shall be equipped with advanced features like remote-controlled operation, controllable flap LCD, timers, dehumidification, and other innovative functionalities, in line with the latest trends. Cap= 1.5TR

Renovation / repair to the operator room(10’x12’ floor size) , which involves following: Renovating operator room, including p/installation of wooden paneling to wall and roof, wooden flooring, and wall to wall carpeting its electrification, complete. Refurbishing a 6’x8’ bathroom with plumbing, fixtures, and tiling. Constructing a standard septic tank and a kitchen soak-pit.
