DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on plastered or unplasred surfaces of walls of old treated surfaces all as specified including Preparation of old plastered surfaces or unplastered white washed/colour wasshed surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts ,removing nails and making good complete all as specified

All as per item No 1 above but on ceiling surfaces

M&L for applying one coat of oil bond distemper on old distempered surfaceses of walls of old treated surfaces all as specified including Preparation of old plastered surfaces or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts ,removing nails and making good complete all as specified

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint of old plastered or unplasred surfaces of walls of old treated surfaces all as specified including Preparation of old plastered surfaces or unplastered cement base paint wasshed surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts ,removing nails and making good complete all as specified

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10cm width or girth all as specified

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather proof acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of walls, concrete etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement in complete all as specified and directed.
