Phase-I M&L for Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and filling sweet earth free from lumps, grass and vegetation brought from out side of defence land including unloading, filling in layer not exceeding 15cm, consolidating each layer by ramming and watering including all lead lift complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soil suitable for American Doob grass obtained from outside the school area , laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying American Doob grass with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (dhurmush) and then rolling the surface light roller and make the surface smoothen and light watering with sprinkler and maintainance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Phase-II Providing one nos Maali (Gardner) twice in a week for 08 hours for maintenance of grass including watering to grass etc for a period of two years from completion of phase-I Note:- (a) The grass shall be kept alive by watering and taking care of grass up to date of completion of period of maintenance, contractor has to replace the same and make all arrangements and take care so the grass do not die. (b) The penal recovery of Rs 2500.00 per week shall be levied if the gardner does not attend the site of work twice in a week. (c) Attendance register shall be maintained by JE and signed by gardner, JE & Engr-in-Charge. (d) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions as catered in PS . No claim what so ever shall be entertained after submission of BOQ on this account.
