Annual maintenance contract of Computers, Printer, UPS & its peripherals (details as under) including spares as well replacement of unsv parts (except consumable items) as per term & condition given below with one year antivirus total security protection for 20 Nos of Computer Set. Computer set - 20 Nos Laser Printer 1020/1005//Canon - 11 Nos MFP Laser Jet Printers- M128/ M126 (All in one) - 04 Nos Colour Ink jet Printers HP Desk Jet GT 5821 - 02 Nos & 7612- 01 Nos UPS - 19 Nos
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-
(a) The rates quoted for repair/maintenance/replacement of part to found defective and virus problem including all HDD, Mother Board, Printer head, RAM, SMPS and processor are also covered under AMC for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/handing over the faulty equipment/ commencement of maintenance service whichever is later.
(b) Defect rectification period and majority of faulty would be rectified in the first response itself; maximum period allowed for defect rectification shall be 48 hrs only.
(c) CALL NOTICE: - Notice for repair/maintenance of the system will be given to the firm by AGE’T’/ BSO through phone followed by written brief description of the complaint.
(d) Penalty for delay in attendance and defect rectification or provision of stand by excluded while calculating the period of delay for call attendance and defect rectification.
(e) In case of failure on the part of the firm to respond to the call within stipulated period of 48 hrs, this office shall levy a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day for the first three days and thereafter Rs. 500/- per day may be levy till the machine is made on road.
(f) The contract covers as comprehensive routine servicing and maintenance and such rectification of existing defects completely of the equipment. Any part that may need replacement will be supplied by the firm on free of charges except consumable items like Printer Cartridge and UPS Battery.
(g) Frequency of services:- Three visits per month of service Engineer for normal preventive maintenance plus as required in case of breakdown.
(h) The payment will be made on quarterly basis by BSO, GE IMA Dehradun after satisfaction of services.
