Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of surface drains including disposal of muck/ sludge through hand cart/trolly or any other suitable arrangement to a specified place (not to be kept on top of drain walls in any case) with a lead of 1.0 km complete with all tools and tackles as per instructions of Engineer - in - Charge

Cleaning of Inspection chamber of all sizes and capacity including removal and repalcement of top covers wherever required with RCC precast slabs of suitable size, thickness and with proper reinforcement, carying out necessary repairs to damages of the chamber wherever required, disposal of sludge etc at specified places outside the colony with all leads complete job as per nstruction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of choked sewer line and sludge line of all diameter, size etc including excavating trenches, opening of joints, cleaning of pipeline, sealing of jonts complete leakproof wherever required including disposal of sludge outside the colony with all leads and with all tools and tackles complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks of all size and capacity with all tools and tackles including disposal of sludge outside the colony with all leads to a specified place complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge. Septic tank cleaning by mechanical means.

Brooming and cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of buldings and other places as required with all tools and tackles and stacking the garbage at specipified plaes and disposal of same outside colony area with all leads complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Disposal of dead animals including transportation to the specified places, making pits suitable for burying the dead, disposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt, lime, bleaching powder etc and refilling the pit with earth etc with all tools and tackles complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge. Cleaning moping of panchwati guest house and vip guest house, cleaning of all toilets, bathroom, sanitary fittings, cleaning of all utensils & cleaning of all clothes, fan wall wiring etc with datergent cleaning agents etc i/c all cost of cleaning materials and assistance to cook complete as per instruction of E/C. deploying 11 Labours engaged per day.

Cleaning ,mopping, washing of floor & Upkeeping of Regional Hospital including toilet cleaning neatly with detertent,phynel & other condumable to make the floor clean & hygenic engaging i/c cleaning of all door windows, brooming & cleaning of all road, garden area, all Hospital premises as per instruction of engineer in charge. by deploying 9 Labours per day.

Contruactual assistance for cleaning and upkeeping, brooming of floor wall toilet cleaning with acid, phynyl etc of officers club all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Contruactual assistance for cleaning and upkeeping, brooming of floor wall toilet cleaning with acid, phynyl etc of Sub Area office all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of general / common toilet including cleaning of WC Pan (Indian / European type) wash basins, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution , acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic including providing naphthalene balls in urinals etc of VTC, Regional Store, AC centeen East & Mines entry. complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC.

Brooming & cleaning of floors of East & West workshop, Regional Stores, VTC, Manager office, AC canteen, MTK office, Lamp room & CDS room & other places in industrial area including spreading of sand. Lime, saw dust over oily surface, scraping, removal and disposal of the same up to a lead of 100m. all complete as per instruction of EIC (Excluding the cost of saw dust, lime & sand.)
