Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. Door Frame section of 63.5x100 MM .The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overalldensity of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 3 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame 2 No. aldrop (IS:2681) 250 mm long, 1 No. tower bolt (IS:204) of 150 mm x 10mm dia, 2 Nos. 125mm long handles (IS:208) including labour charges for fixing the shutter to frame etc.,complete for finished item of work

i) Dismantling of tiles flooring & concrete upto mother slab & transportation to a lead of 1km, ii) The surface of the mother will be thoroughly cleaned and surface is dried after cleaning. iii) Applying one coat of brush bonding with fosroc chemical to the mother slab iv) Anchoring with 8mm steel rods using LockFix along the perimeter of bathrooms. v) Applying two coats of brush bonding with 45 Gsm fiber mesh +fosroc chemical+cement + sand vi) After completion of sanitary pipeline(excluding the cost of pipe line work), PCC bed of 1:2:4 with 6 inches thickness on the floor vii) Applying one coat of brush bonding with fosroc chemical to the concrete surface. viii) All building materials, chemicals,mason, labour, machinery, transport charges and material lifting charges(cement, sand , 1/2 metal), work charges etc. including, complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing of SWR PVC pipes (Prince/Sudhakar/Kisan/Supreme or any ISI brand) 4 Kg/Sq.cm. and fixing all special such as plain bends, off sets, door bends, single junctions, double junctions as per site requirement, fixing with PVC clamps if necessary with required number of Bombay nails including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, complete for finished item of work at all floor levels. Supplying and fixing of 4" (101.6mm) multi floor trap with jali - UPVC/SWR pipe fittings (Prince/Sudhakar/Kisan/Supreme or any other ISI Brand) as per site requirements with standard practice for all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Flooring with glazed vitrified tiles with matt finish of size 600x600 mm and thickness between 9-10 mm 1st quality confirming to IS:13711,IS:13712,IS:13630 (Parts 1to 15) of any colur and finish in all shades and designs. as per the approved flooring pattern as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, laying tiles using spacers of 2mm thick, set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with Epoxy emulsion paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing and fixing flooring with full depth jointing and pointing to the Vitrified/ Ceramic Tile flooring in specified thick for tiles of any sizes with epoxy emulsion grout/ synthetic / resin adhesive in width of 3-5 mm with Nylon spacers excluding cost of tiles. etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to old walls with 1 coat of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. approved brand, in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for internal walls.

Painting to old wood work and flush shutters with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Grade-II VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete, sales & other taxes on cost of all materials etc., complete (APSS No.1200, 1207 & 1211) in all floors.
