Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, sunken floor, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Precast cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-20 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Complete removal of exiting treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surface complete, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Providing M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in 40mm thick precast cement louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Providing reinforced cement concrete M-20 nominal mix, type B-1 M-20 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed,all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)
