Filling with Selected Earth in trenches, sides of foundations & basement by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc complete including cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc complete for finished item of the work (APSS No 309& 310). including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Providing Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material(Table 400.1) with Grading III Material(HBG M/C +Stone dust) CBR Value not less than 20 and PI Value less than 6 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, using M30 nominal mix , thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M30(Grade), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints using Mastic pad/ primer, construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 including seignorage charges.(with dowel bars) including Cement,Sand,Metal As per circular Memo 1073 dated: 25-1-2016 of PS to Govt.including contractors profit & Over head charges, GST and Seigniorage etc.,

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Filling with Sand in trenches, sides of foundations & basement by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc complete including cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc complete for finished item of the work (APSS No 309& 310). including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M7.5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:4:8)proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(unscreened), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402). including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete M 15 grade using 40,20 & 10mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete

Plastering with in CM (1:3) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work.
