DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,boltd, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of wash basin/ Sink, closing the pipeline with end cap if necessary, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead

PARTITION WORKS

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.Pre- laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 100 mm brass locks ( best make of approved quality ) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised(anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws complete:200x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete:125 mm

Providing and fixing glazing in door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): toughened glass of 6 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing frosted film in the fixed glass etc. Complete as per the direction of departmental officers

CUPBOARD WORKS

Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board or equivalent make, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately) as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concealed hinge of approved quality for 19-20mm thick door with stainless steel screws complete :

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.40 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Polyester powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard/ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.Triple strip vertical type

STEEL WORKS

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862, with suitable screws for fibre cement board as false ceiling, side covering, work slab support etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) :6 mm thick cement board

TILE WORK

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Extra for providing opening or required size & shape for wash basin/kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

TOUGHENED GLASS WORKS

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( Door handle, lock and stopper etc to be paid separately)

Full height glazed partition-supply and fixing of 12mm Toughened Glass using System-45 Frames as per drawing. The Fixed glass to be fixed using BP45 Profiles at Top & Bottom, Side Profiles SP45 at sides. The profile size to be 45x25MM to be fixed on to the floor/wall/ ceiling as per the architect design. H Junction profile to be used at all Glass<br>to Glass vertical joints, 90 Deg L Junction Profiles and T Junction profiles necessary as per design. In case<br>of Glass overall panel MP45 & BP45 Overpanel Profile to be used. In case of Open glass edges EP45 End<br>Profile to be used.<br><br>

Providing and fixing of glass door SS Patch Lock with out handle in toughened glass door including all necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Steel S.S- 304 (D) Door Pull Both Side Handle of 12 inch, one Set (2 Handles) ( best make of approved quality ) for Glass, Wooden or similar doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete

CURTAIN WORK

Supplying and laying polyester, washable and stain free cloth(Bio-Active fabric washable germ free suitable for sterile area) curtain curtain system with maximum curtain curtain cloth height 230 cm(top 30 cm white colour net and 200cm light blue color as per approval) stitching with stifiner tape, pleats, ironing and laying around each bed using PVC runner with hooks & stopper for hanging/sliding etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance to site, laying in line and level, sealing all cutting in false ceiling with powder coated MS cup, all leads and lifts including all labour charges etc. complete. (unpleated length of the cloth measurement will be considered for payment also the bottom and top foldings will not be considered in cloth measurement)/ supplying and fixing powder coated 20mm dia. GI round tube hanging support of required length(app. length 1.10m) one end fixing from slab by using 6mm dia expansion bolt at a distance not more than 2m, c/c down end fixed to powder coated aluminium channel frame 45 x 20mm x 1mm thick section by using SS screw as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance.

Providing and fixing of vertical/roller blinds width 100 mm regular quantity made from 100 % polyster/Fibre yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquety with zero light transmittance, having suitable coating on exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and instruction of Engineer in-charge and as per site conditions. The colour will be approved by the competent authority.<br> and inclusive of all labour charges.

Curtain fabric weight shall be up to 250-275 (±5%) gsm Composition of fabric shall be polyester yarn I.E. 300 denier fast colour sink age shall be (±5%) Weft and warp shall be polyester / cotton polyester mix. Fabric density Non Transparent Composition Fabric of curtain shall be soft texture, great shading, drape effect and nice dobby. The bracket shall be side mounted and front mounted as required. Where curtain used as a partition/ long length, sufficient support from ceiling/Wall should be provided to avoid sagging. Complete as the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PAINTING WORKS

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

PLUMBING AND SANITARY INSTALLATION
