Construction of Drain with Cover Slab from Damodar Mohanty house to Nitai Biswas house in Ward No- 12

Dismantling & removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite CB stone chips including hoisting and laying.(P-50/4)

Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work. Etc., complete.

Transporting the excavated earth by mechanical means including cost of lead 1.5m and 5km lift etc. completed.

Taking Photographs, Display Board including with all cost etc, complete.
