SPECIAL REPAIRS OF JETTY X AND Y UNDER NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside ND(V) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design mix cement concrete M-40 grade (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surface fair & even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction (Dummy) Joints 30mm deep X 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specfied and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm thick) of existing damaged, cracked , spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles present in the surface and making good the corrogated reinforcement by providing reinforcement/ welded steel wire fabric for strengthing the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (anealled) not less than 0.90mm dia where required and removing of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid as Supply only rate under resceptive items in this schedule.

M&L for preparation of exposed surafaces of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry and providing , mixing and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement ( Sika / fosroc/BASF/ Dr sunanda or equivalent as specified in PS) @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and directed ( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.)

Supply only welded steel wire fabric fixed to RCC wall/ceiling with necessary fixing arrangement weight exc 3 kg/sqm but not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only deformed or twisted reinforcement bar of any dia all as specified and directed.

Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT Ltd M/S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or equivalent as specified in PS with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc makeor equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT Ltd M/S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or equivalent as specified in PS having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.
