Maint and servicing of DG sets consisting normal repairs, including replacement of defective/burn out parts by new spares such as oil/diesel filters, gaskets,V belts, Engine oil all as specified,coolent & media, rubber hoses, wornout, clamps, nut and bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and including greassing of bearing etc and made serviceable complete for the following capacities :- Make : Kirloskar/ Cumins/CG/Mahindra. Note: -(i) All servicing and testing works shall be recorded jointly with, service engineer of company and Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . (iii) Oil shall be measures and paid separately under respective items of BOQ (iv) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt however belt shall be measured and paid seperately. (v) Checking of air filter element. (vi) Checking of exhaust system for leakage. (vii) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank. (viii) Cleaning of air cleaner element. (ix) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment.

(x) Tightening all nuts, bolts, in altenator terminal block. (xi) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator. (xii) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring. (xiii) Trouble shooting of any type of fault in DG set through out the contract. Clearing of fault and testing complete. (xiv) The rate for checking of DG set by professional Engineer as and when required basis will be included in the quoted rate. (xv) The contract will attend the complaint within 24 Hrs of the intmation by the attendent. (xvi) The penalty of Rs 5000/- Per day for not attending the complaint will be imposed. (xvii) Record sheet shall be attached at each DG set for the work carried out in the subject CA duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xviii) No spare/ part shall be replaced in the contract which is under defect liability of the previous contract. Note : Supply only the spares required for incorporation of repairs of item No 1.02 to 1.06 below and shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items 2.00 to 8.00 below.

Supply and fixing in replacement water pressure gauge flush type mounted in the panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement oil pressure gauge flush type mounted in the panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamp set of red, yellow and blue all as specified and directed

Supply only coolent for radiator assembly of specified grade.

Supply only radiator cap of any DG set.

Supply only distilled water in sealed pack container.

S&F replacement of change over switch 415volt, 4pole, 50Hz upto 100Amp rating, onload type to be fitted in DG Set pannel, connection and testing complete. Make: Indo-Asian/L&T/Havells/C&S.

Supply and fixing in replacement change over switch 4 pole, 415 V, 100 Amp in off load type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Indo-Asian/L&T/Havells/C&S.

S&F replacement of change over switch 415volt, 4pole, 50Hz upto 200Amp rating, onload type to be fitted in DG Set pannel, connection and testing complete.Make: Indo-Asian/L&T/Havells/C&S.

S&F replacement of change over switch 415volt, 4pole, 50Hz upto 200Amp rating, off load type externally mounted all as specified and directed. Make: Indo-Asian/L&T/Havells/C&S.

Supply and fixing in replacement start solenoid coil of the DG set of capacity up to 100 KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement ball valve of size 25 mm bore made of brass all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement ignition switch of the of DG set of any capacity all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair steel wired PVC diesel pipe of any DG set as directed.

Cleaning and servicing of the radiator assembly by cleaning solution for removal of deposited sludge and blowing pressurised air in the reverse direction of rotation of the fan all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning for fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust/sadiments etc for following capacity of DG sets including necessary repair works if leackage of oil noticed and all as directed :-

Supply and fixing in replacement Power controller DG set of the following capacities. The conroller included Auto/manual/start/stop button and HMI display of line volatge and current and total hrs run. Make: As per existing make.

Disconnecting electric connection of DG set of 380 KVA rating. Dismantling alternator from the engine. Replace the unservicable item listed below and make the DG set full functioning. Routine testing complete for all parameters such as synchronous speed, output voltage, noise test etc at no load and loaded conditions all as directed. Note :- (i) During repair if any abnormal sound found, engine shall be dismantled for checking the crank shaft and engine functioning. Taking crank shaft to work shop for carrying lathing/ machine work if required is inclusive in the quoted rate of the above Items. (ii)The functioning, replacement of the spares, testing will be done by professional Engineer.

M&L for repair and overhauling of self starter including replacement of gear assembly, ring carbon brushes, bearing brushes,re-winding of armature complete all as directed for the 12volt, DC capacity.

M&L of repair of Auxilary altornator engine mounted with replacement of voltage rectifier, ,voltage regulator wornout, nut, bolts, washer, clamps etc and all as directed for the capacity of 12 volt for any capacity of DG set.

S&F replacement of alternator cut-out 12 volt Make Lucas suitable for 1500RPM DG sets as per sample.

S&F replacement of automatic voltage regulator for rating 0-90 V for the DG set KVA up to 63 KVA

S&F replacement of automatic voltage regulator for rating 0-90 V for the DG set KVA up to 63 KVA-100KVA.

S&F replacement of automatic voltage regulator upto 100 to 200 VA as per sample and all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PLC type controller for AMF panel model no EGCP-03 COLOGICX PROTOGEN all as directed and specified by Enginner-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PLC type controller for AMF panel model no PROCOM DGC-6D or equivalant all as directed and specified by Enginner-in-charge.

Scraping, removing the existing paint and painting of the DG complete with synthetic enamaled paint as per the existing color code for the following DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement digital Ampare meter model No Conzerv DM 1110 Schneider or equivalent all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement analog voltmeter of range 0-500 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement analog ampare meter of range 0-200 Amp AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fuel tank cap of DG set of any capacity all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, DG Set AMF panel board, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts with 200 Amps Copper bus bar, and power factor meter and suitable CTs and indicator lamps, outdoor cubical type, IP 54, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm duly powder coated, front openable double door hinged with locking arrangements complete with and comprising the following including necessary PCC platform of suitable size:- The AMF panel must has following configuration (i) Contractor 100 Amp 02 Nos 4 pole (ii) MCCB 125 Amp 4 Pole of 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 36 KA with thermal Magnetic release 02 Nos (iii) AMF Panel controller micro controller based with Auto/manual operation of Dg set with display of its parameter (iv) Copper Bus Bar of suitable 200 Amp capacity complete. (V) Digital Voltmeter, Ammeter, Frequency and power factor meter all digital type. (vi) Three Nos. CTs of ratio 100/5, class 1 VA burden 15=- 04 Nos (vii) Indication lamps LED type = 01 set of three of Make – Vaishno/Teknil (viii) Fault relay sensor and Annuciator.

Taking down old unservicable energy meter and supply and fixing new 3 phase, 4 wire , 100/5, LT Ct operated electronics energy meter with LCD display 96 x 96 sqmm, class 1.0, 3x240 V AC supply includin programmable upto 6000A primary current with RS 485 cummunication port.
