Total Labour Cost for 17 nos. Contractual Workers including wages, benefits and facility in terms of Tripartite Settlement in vogue on date and includes all obligations under the applicable acts like EPF, Factories Act and cost of Insurance under Employees’ Compensation Act etc. including other applicable labour laws

PART C

Service Charges(supervisor charge, fuel and others i.e. phenol, detrergent, carbolic acid, soap, room freshner, brooms etc.) and Liveries (Cost of Safety shoes, Raincoats, Dress)

Part D

Profit & overhead cost including all other incidental charges required for smooth execution of job on Part-B only for Two years
